Experience management is an effort by organizations to measure and improve the experiences they provide to customers as well as stakeholders like vendors, suppliers, employees, and shareholders.
They essentially represent a bridge between a customer and a brand they work for. For example, a customer experience manager would design the lifecycle of a company product, receive and evaluate customer feedback as well as monitor all processes that come into direct contact with the customer.
